You will be within walking distance of the authentic Spanish village of Gata de Gorgos, famous for its basket weaving. The historic old town of Javea with its fishing port, shops, restaurants and excellent beaches is only 6 kilometres away.

The elevated position means that you benefit from a welcome breeze in the summer. Being the highest on the hill, the villa is not overlooked at all. Total privacy can be expected.

The elevated swimming pool is 8 by 4 metres and features Roman steps and external shower facilities. A secure railed fence with lockable gate to the main pool area means the pool is "child safe". This can be removed if not required.

The villa has a south facing naya (covered balcony) with dining area offering spectacular views.

Inside there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedded room with adjacent shower room.
