It is equipped with granite tops, pine units, stainless steel integrated double sink, smeg gas hob, electric oven, combi microwave oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher etc.There is a heavy pine table and chairs with large dresser. Views over the pine trees and Montgo mountain.
Outdoor access to the terrace with small table and chairs for those morning coffees in the sunshine.
The dining room has table and chairs for eight to ten, fabulous views over swimming pool and gardens and down the valley to distant mountains beyond.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with pocket sprung mattress, antique dressing table, lots of wardrobe
and drawer space, leading to en-suite luxurious bathroom with sunken bath, granite circular basin, open plan shower and toilet, green slate floors with cream limestone walls, copper light fittings, etched glass windows, a dream bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds antique dressing table and wardrobe, leading to smaller en-suite shower, handbasin, toilet. Also fitted out in stone and slate, halogen lighting. A large terrace surrounds the
house so there is always somewhere in the sun or in the shade.
The enormous pergola beside the 8m x 4m pool is the summertime centre of life. Fitted out with relaxing chairs and settee, coffee/drinks tables, sink, and a traditional Spanish barbecue with table and chairs for those outdoor meals in the shade. Relax and enjoy the pool, the sunloungers, the sun, or just take a siesta on the settee.
There are secure gates with a lock and perimeter fence, ample parking, 10 minutes from beaches,restaurants, night life.
There is a maid service between lets,a weekly linen change and a twice weekly pool servicing in the summer months.
