La Madriguera at Los Almendros is a delightful ground floor
apartment set within the exclusive and famous development of
La Sella Golf Club (soon to be even more famous thanks to Richard
Gere and Mel Gibson who are in the process of developing a
retreat there!) La Madriguera enjoys a prime position overlooking
the mature, beautifully presented and well maintained
gardens with large new pool area (special shallow area
for safe bathing for children).

adjacent bathroom, beamed ceilings throughout, fully

Heating provided for winter lets. Double balcony doors leading on
to slightly raised, part covered naya/balcony for added
privacy. It is set up with table and chairs for dining al fresco
whilst enjoying the beautiful views over the gardens, pool,
mountains and sea.
The apartment has private parking. Towels, bedding and linen are
all included. Sun-loungers for residents' use are
provided.
The Madriguera enjoys wonderful cool breezes in the summer due to
its positioning - which is essential on those hot balmy summer
nights. The relaxed atmosphere here together with the
Mediterranean climate allows outdoor sports and activities to be
enjoyed all year round.
La Madriguera is situated adjacent to all major amenities with
the added benefit of the stunning sandy beaches of Javea and
Denia being just 10 minutes drive away. There are 6 clay tennis
courts and 2 hard courts available at your disposal. Why not have
lessons to perfect your game? Also on offer are 2 squash courts.
The La Sella horse riding school offers you lessons or for the
more experienced rider a hack out. Why not try your hand at
mountain bike riding? Bike hire can easily be arranged along with
many other day trips and excursions including canoeing and quad
biking.
La Sella is famous for it’s 18-hole golf course, par 72,
where you can enjoy the sport in natural and stunning
surroundings. Classes can be arranged for beginners.
As you will be staying at La Sella you will be allowed access
into the exclusive La Sella Marriott hotel and its facilities
include: pool, full spa, solarium, whirlpool, sauna, gym.

Also adjacent to Los Almendros you will find restaurants, bars,
supermarkets, medical services, chemist, laundry and reception
area where day trips and excursions can be arranged. Los
Almendros has its own outdoor summer bar nestled amongst pine
trees making that evening aperitif even more enjoyable!
Located just 10 minutes drive away from the centre of Javea and
Denia. Both with harbours and club Nauticos. Great shopping.
bars, restaurants, nightclubs, markets etc. Denia with it’s
miles of sandy beaches and Javea with its ‘La Arenal’
a lovely sandy bay for safe, unspoilt swimming, surrounded by
Palm trees, with easy access to bars, shops and restaurants. A
great place for an evening ‘paseo’
